As a Staff/Senior Engineer – Mechanical Systems at Micron Singapore, you will lead and oversee the planning, design, construction, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness of both wet and dry mechanical systems in semiconductor facilities. This role requires extensive technical expertise and strong project management capabilities to drive complex infrastructure programs that support Micron’s business objectives.

-Lead end-to-end execution of mechanical construction programs, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.

-Make decisions that impact project success and timeliness, with influence across the site and local operations.

·       Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

·       10+ years of experience in mechanical construction or program/project management with at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry.

·       Proven track record of managing large-scale mechanical infrastructure projects.

·       Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.

·       Proficiency in Mechanical design software (AutoCAD, Revit)

·       Experience in semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, or industrial facilities design, construction and T&C.

·       Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and sustainability practices.

·       Experience using AI-enabled tools, data analytics platforms, digital engineering solutions, or automation technologies to improve engineering, operations, maintenance, or project outcomes.

·       Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.
