Product Manager, Commercial Neuroscience Portfolio

Spear Bio, founded in 2021, is a well-funded and rapidly growing biotech start-up headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts.  Our proprietary technology, Successive Proximity Extension Amplification Reaction (SPEAR), is a novel wash-free immunoassay platform, offering unprecedented sensitivity. Spear Bio is seeking a Commercial Product Manager to bridge our product strategy and commercial execution. Partnering with our internal Product Management, R&D, and Commercial teams, you will help bring our portfolio roadmap to market. You'll support key customers, present to key opinion leaders, and drive adoption of Spear Bio's best-in-class technology which includes assays, instruments, and custom assay services across neuroscience, with a focus on Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.

Experience: 3–5+ years of product management experience in the life science tools or diagnostics sector.

Domain Expertise: Strong background in digital immunoassays, protein biomarker discovery, or translational neurology research (e.g., Alzheimer’s, TBI, neuroinflammation).

Skills: Excellent matrix-leadership capabilities, numerical commercial acumen, and the ability to articulate highly technical/scientific concepts to both engineers and customers.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% for customer site visits and major scientific conferences (e.g., Society for Neuroscience, AAIC)
