QC Incoming Materials Sampling Senior Specialist

Job Purpose:

To perform and oversee the inspection, sampling, and identification of incoming raw and packaging materials, ensuring compliance with approved specifications, cGMP requirements, company procedures, and regulatory standards, while supporting quality, compliance, and continuous improvement activities. The job holder will report to Quality Control Section Head.

Location: Position is based in our manufacturing site in Al Obour City, Cairo, Egypt.

Your responsibilities:

Technical Operations

• Perform and review inspection, sampling, and identification for incoming materials according to the required specification. 
• Prepare and review all documents required for sampling incoming materials. 
• Perform and review daily calibration for sampling materials equipment in addition to checking sampling room complying with required cGMP. 
• Record on SAP system the results for all performed inspections. 
• Share in preparation of annual purchasing plan for reagents and tools required for sampling for incoming materials. 

Investigation and Compliance

• Participate investigations and out of specifications related to inspection, sampling incoming materials in addition to identification incoming raw materials. 
• Fully comply with all Amoun's policies and procedures including but not limited to Amoun's Code of Business Conduct, Business Ethics Reporting Policy, Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy and Data Privacy Policy.
• Lead or participate in investigations related to: OOS (Out of Specification) results, Deviations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support CAPA implementation.
• Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity requirements.

Documentation and Review

• Prepare and review all documents required for sampling incoming materials.
• Record on SAP system the results for all performed inspections.
• Support preparation and revision of SOPs, specifications, and risk assessments.

Method Lifecycle Management

• Developing ways of performing related tasks/activities to achieve continuous improvement in applying environmental, occupational health and safety requirements and always applying energy saving principles.

Training and Mentoring

• Train and mentor incoming materials sampling specialists and junior specialists.
• Conduct on-the-job training and technical coaching.
• Support competency assessments and continuous development activities.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree of pharmacy, Science or related filed.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical as QC IM Sampling Sr. specialist.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and sampling requirements.
• Advanced troubleshooting and investigation skills.
• Root cause analysis and risk assessment capabilities.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation review skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• V. good in English language.
