Do you want to play a key role in our unique success story? If so, we’re looking for a ERP Administrator (NetSuite) to join us on the journey to success.

·        Turn data into insights: Analyze financial data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that support business decisions.

·        Understand business needs: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and practical solutions.

·        Drive process improvements: Evaluate existing financial processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve performance.

·        Create impactful reports: Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that turn complex financial information into clear insights for management and key stakeholders.

·        Support financial transformation: Actively contribute to strategic transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects, helping drive meaningful organizational change.

·        Monitor and improve performance: Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions, measure results, and recommend adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

·        Ensure compliance and best practices: Support alignment with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices while exploring new technologies and innovative solutions.

·        Collaborate across teams: Work closely with different departments, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with financial transformation objectives.

·        Make an impact: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance financial operations, improve decision-making, and contribute to the company's long-term success.

• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a multinational environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial transformation projects, or automation initiatives.

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other business intelligence and data analysis tools.

• Experience working in Agile environments or with process improvement methodologies.
