We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Material Manager to oversee material procurement, inventory replenishment, and vendor management across a rapidly expanding network of data center facilities. In this role, you will ensure that critical equipment and operational supplies are available when needed to support large-scale infrastructure projects and ongoing data center operations. You will develop scalable purchasing strategies, optimize inventory levels, and build efficient logistics processes that keep pace with ambitious construction and deployment schedules. Working closely with operations, warehousing, engineering, and finance teams, you will transform consumption data and project timelines into accurate forecasts and purchasing plans. You will also negotiate supplier agreements, strengthen vendor performance, and establish standardized procurement practices across multiple locations. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment supporting the infrastructure powering next-generation artificial intelligence.

  • Manage inventory and replenishment: Establish and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels, automated replenishment processes, and inventory controls for operational consumables across multiple data center sites, minimizing stockouts, excess inventory, and operational disruptions.
  • Coordinate procurement for new facilities: Source and purchase equipment, materials, and consumables required for new site launches, ensuring all essential supplies are available ahead of commissioning and operational go-live dates.
  • Develop vendor strategies: Identify, evaluate, and manage national and local suppliers based on pricing, availability, lead times, service quality, and continuity of supply, adapting sourcing strategies to the needs of individual locations.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements: Secure competitive pricing, volume discounts, favorable payment terms, reliable delivery schedules, and service-level commitments while maintaining strong, productive vendor relationships.
  • Forecast demand and purchasing needs: Collaborate with data center operations, inventory control, warehousing, engineering, and finance teams to translate consumption patterns, construction schedules, and operational requirements into accurate forecasts and purchasing plans.
  • Standardize procurement processes: Build and implement a scalable purchasing playbook that includes approved supplier catalogs, preferred vendors, ordering thresholds, procurement policies, and repeatable workflows for new and existing facilities.
  • Optimize costs and efficiency: Analyze purchasing activity, inventory performance, and supplier costs to identify opportunities for savings, spend consolidation, reduced waste, and faster procurement cycles.
  • Monitor supplier performance: Track vendor reliability, order fulfillment, delivery accuracy, lead times, and service levels, addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records: Ensure purchasing transactions, supplier agreements, inventory data, and vendor performance records are accurate, current, and auditable.
  • Drive data-informed decisions: Use historical consumption, demand forecasts, lead-time variability, stock availability, and supplier performance metrics to guide purchasing decisions and continuously improve inventory management.
  • Scale logistics operations: Develop efficient, resource-conscious processes that support a growing portfolio of data centers, accommodate shifting deployment schedules, and ensure materials arrive on time and in full.
  • Collaborate across functions: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, respond effectively to changing operational priorities, and ensure procurement activities remain aligned with business needs and infrastructure delivery targets.
