日本語テクニカルサポートエンジニア（Technical Support Engineer）

■仕事内容：

1．パソコンやプリンターに関する使い方や技術的なトラブルシューティングなどのテクニカルサポートを提供する

2．専門的な技術サポートを通じてお客様のニーズに寄り添い、課題解決を支援するとともに、期待を超えるサービス体験を提供する

■応募資格：

1．ネイティブ若しくは日本語ネイティブレベル

2．短期大学・専門学校卒以上

3．PCハードウェアおよびソフトウェアに関する一定の技術知識を有する方（技術系のバックグラウンドまたはコールセンター経験者歓迎）

4．Outlook、ExcelなどのMicrosoft Office製品を問題なく使用できる方

5．優れたコミュニケーション能力と顧客志向を有し、プレッシャーのある環境でも冷静かつ安定して業務を遂行できる方

6．論理的な思考力・説明力を持ち、学習意欲が高く、チームワークを重視しながら主体的に業務を推進できる方

7．責任感があり、変化に柔軟かつ前向きに対応し、困難な課題にも粘り強く取り組める方

8．シフト勤務が可能な方

■勤務日：業務内容により年中（365日）の可能性あり

■勤務時間：週休2日制（シフト勤務）

・早番 8:00～17:00

・遅番 11:00～20:00

※土日勤務の場合は振替休日を付与

■在宅勤務：以下の条件をすべて満たす場合、直属のマネージャーへ週に2日間の在宅勤務を申請することができる

・サポートや指示がない状況でも自立して業務を遂行できるレベルに達し、その状態を6か月以上維持していること

・パフォーマンスが会社の定めているターゲットより上回っていること

・在宅勤務に適した作業環境および必要な機器・通信環境を備えていること
