IT Accounting Specialist (part-time 60%)

We are offering a part time role with 60%.

As part of the Group Treasury, Insurance & Holding Accounting team within the Intersnack Group, you will support the accounting activities of a holding company.

You will contribute your expertise to daily operations with a focus on IT accounting, invoice management, purchase requisition reviews, and the validation of IT-related supplier invoices. In addition, you will support the calculation and allocation of IT costs across group companies.

  Manage and process IT-related supplier invoices, including matching invoices with purchase requisitions, obtaining approvals, ensuring accurate account coding, and securing timely payment

  Prepare the monthly IT accrual schedule and manage accruals for outstanding purchase orders and unbilled services

  Support IT Controlling in preparing IT cross-charge invoices and allocating IT costs to group entities

  Prepare data and supporting documentation for outgoing invoices

  Support accounting activities related to IT-specific incoming and outgoing invoices

• →

  Act as a contact person for IT budget owners regarding accounting entries and invoices

  Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

  Serve as a key interface between IT, Procurement, and Accounting to drive efficient cross-functional collaboration

• Completed commercial training with additional qualification as an accountant, certified accountant, tax specialist, or a comparable qualification

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in an international environment

• Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and financial accounting

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software

• Experience in IT Accounting, IT Finance, or IT cost management

• Experience with invoice management or invoice verification tools is advantageous

• Fluent German and English language skills

• Hands-on mentality with a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work

• Willing to work 2-3 times per week in the office in Düsseldorf
