We are looking for a passionate F&B Outlet Manager to lead the team at our restaurant, Onda. Here, you will not just be managing operations; you will be the guardian of our philosophy, responsible for creating conscious, memorable dining experiences, developing a team dedicated to excellence, and shaping concepts aligned with the brand identity «The Rules are Different Here».

Leadership & Guest Experience: Oversee the customer journey at Onda, ensuring exceptional, genuine hospitality aligned with sustainability and Aethos standards.

Operational Excellence: Manage bookings, coordinate restaurant setup, and guarantee seamless service, promoting clear and fluid communication between the kitchen and front of house.

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train the restaurant team, fostering a cohesive, productive work environment focused on service excellence.

Service Recovery & Profiles: Handle service recovery effectively in the event of guest complaints (or guide the team to do so) and support the continuous updating of guest history profiles.

Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the F&B Director to define objectives and procedures, maintaining strict compliance with the brand's operational standards and budget.

Experience: Proven experience in Restaurant Management or F&B Team Leadership, preferably within luxury hospitality or fine dining.

Languages: Strong language skills — Portuguese and English are essential; additional languages will be an advantage.

Technical & Management Skills: Solid understanding of operational and budget management, POS software, booking systems, and strict food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

Personal Skills: Strong empathetic leadership, assertive communication, excellent conflict resolution, and high attention to detail.

Attitude & Work Style: Strategic vision, resilience, proactivity, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a focus on well-being and sustainability.

Flexibility: Availability to work shifts.

Stability: Full-time employment contract.
