Position Details

The Executive Director, Enterprise Strategy & Strategic Planning translates Merakey USA’s enterprise strategy into a disciplined, measurable system of strategic planning and execution. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the role leads multi-year enterprise planning, annual strategic initiative alignment, Regional Affiliate strategy integration, performance measurement, and strategic foresight. The Vice President works across executive leadership and enterprise functions to convert strategy into actionable roadmaps, funded initiatives, measurable outcomes, governance, and executive/board reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree required.
  • Preferred fields of study include Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related clinical discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in complex, multi-state, multi-county, or multi-entity organizations.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health and human services delivery systems, including payer, regulatory, and community-based care dynamics.
• Proven ability to analyze data, develop business cases, lead complex projects, translate insights into actionable strategies, and influence leaders across matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
