As a Senior Campus Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind spotting and bringing the top 1% of talent from Europe's premier universities on board. Your journey involves navigating the full campus recruitment lifecycle, from identification to selection, and making your mark at European recruitment events.

Responsibilities

→Own the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, assessment review, offer conversations and closing
→Build strong partnerships with business leaders and interviewers, and make sure we're aligned on hiring needs and on what great looks like
→Work in a data-driven way, using insights to make our process sharper, fairer and more efficient
→Contribute to strategic projects such as market analyses, process and assessment reviews, and improvements to how we select
→Represent IMC at recruitment events across Europe, with frequent travel (more than four times a year)

3+ years of industry experience, ideally within a global finance, trading, tech or consultancy organisation
Knowledge of financial markets and the trading industry
A critical eye: you question how things are done, spot trends early and turn them into practical improvements
The ability to think strategically and act tactically, moving easily between the bigger picture and getting things done today
A solution-oriented mindset: when something isn't working, you look for a better way
You enjoy operational recruitment. Running a tight process and giving candidates a great experience energises you
You build relationships with the business with ease and earn trust as a partner, not just a service provider
You thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
You work well in a larger team and put collaboration first
