Process Quality Internal Auditor III

• →Lead and conduct complex internal audits to ensure QMS compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• →Develop and manage audit schedules, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• →Ensure comprehensive adherence to ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• →Lead the development and implementation of corrective actions for audit findings.
• →Drive strategic process improvement initiatives and support continuous quality enhancement.
• →Train and mentor junior auditors and other staff on quality standards and audit procedures.
• →Collaborate with various departments to integrate quality standards into all processes.
• →Develop strategies for ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.
• →Manage external audits and supplier audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ Years as an auditor, or in a related field.
• Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of related experience is required.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience. 
• Advanced knowledge and utilization of AS9100, ISO 9001 and other applicable Military and statutory standards and specifications.
• Experience participating in external audits as guide.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

• Certified Auditor or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and database experience.
• Experience with Statistical Analysis Methodology.
• Communicate and present internal audit information.
• Experience participating in external audits as facilitator.
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Familiarization with Six Sigma.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
• Requirement to be on feet for a significant portion of the work shift.
• Majority of work hours spent on a computer.
• Hand/finger dexterity for using office equipment.
• Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
• Occasional travel may be required for audit activities at different locations.
