Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative AI team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. You will focus on building agentic AI workflows, fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) using SFT (Supervised Fine-Tuning) and LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) techniques, and deploying scalable deep learning models on AWS. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of bridging the gap between complex research and production-ready applications. You will play a critical role in shaping our AI strategy and delivering high-impact features to our global user base.

• →Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems that leverage LLMs to perform complex, multi-step reasoning tasks.
• →Execute Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and implement LoRA techniques to optimize model performance for domain-specific applications.
• →Architect and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance of GenAI services.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate deep learning models into existing product ecosystems.
• →Monitor model performance, conduct error analysis, and implement iterative improvements to enhance accuracy and reliability.
• →Communicate technical concepts and project progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both English and Vietnamese.

• 4-5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI development.
• Proven expertise in working with LLMs, including fine-tuning methodologies like SFT and LoRA.
• Strong proficiency in AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EC2).
• Deep understanding of modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience in building agentic workflows and integrating external tools/APIs with LLMs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment with a focus on rapid delivery.
