Shop Floor Manager/ Mistr

We are looking for an experienced leader to take responsibility for a production department operating in a cleanroom environment. In this role, you will lead a team of operators, manage day-to-day production activities, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. We are seeking someone who enjoys working closely with people, can effectively prioritize tasks, and proactively solve operational challenges directly on the production floor.

• Lead and develop a team of 15-20 operators and senior operators
• Organize daily work and ensure production plan fulfillment
• Take responsibility for quality, safety, and compliance with manufacturing procedures
• Coordinate workforce capacity and staffing levels
• Resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvement
• Work with production data, ERP systems, and basic reporting
• Collaborate with other departments across the manufacturing organization

• Previous experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
• A natural leader who can motivate and engage a team
• A systematic approach with a strong focus on results
• Confidence working with data, ERP systems, and standard office applications
• Commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence

• Experience in a technologically advanced manufacturing environment
• Previous work experience in cleanroom operations
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Technical education background
• Basic English language skills
