About the role
As our Privacy Manager, you’ll provide practical privacy and data protection advice across an international organisation. You’ll also contribute to the daily work of our small, global Privacy Office.
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Applied privacy requirements to technology-related projects or information technology contracts.
- Advised on privacy matters involving employee data or employment privacy.
- Worked with legal, digital compliance, digital security, physical security, or internal risk and audit teams on privacy matters.
What you’ll build
- Turn complex legal requirements into practical advice, templates and simple guidance.
- Monitor privacy and digital regulation developments, assessing what they mean in practice.
- Support privacy incidents, risk assessments and internal enquiries relevant to the role.
- Create or improve guidelines and standards within an agreed area.
- Strengthen processes that help the Privacy Office work efficiently and consistently.
- Contribute your perspective to the team while keeping close attention on important details.
If you’ve worked in a role where you supported a Data Protection Authority, Privacy Office, data protection function or privacy practice, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn privacy requirements into proportionate solutions while maintaining sound legal judgement.
Life on the team
You’ll join a small, global Privacy Office where colleagues share expertise and rely on one another to get the work done. You’ll work independently while remaining closely connected to the team. You’ll ask thoughtful questions, communicate clearly and speak up when you see a different way forward, including when working with senior colleagues.
What success looks like
You’ll become a trusted colleague who delivers reliable advice and helps others navigate privacy questions with confidence. You’ll contribute to stronger guidelines, standards and processes while building effective relationships across legal, compliance, security, risk and audit teams. As privacy and technology continue to evolve, you’ll help the team turn new requirements into practical ways of working.
