Responsibilities

→Assemble parts and sub-assemblies to complete finished products according to established specifications.
→Wire electrical assemblies based on print requirements, demonstrating proficiency with wiring tools.
→Utilize various hand tools, including drills, for mechanical assembly.
→Collaborate effectively with team members, actively participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
→Apply mechanical and electrical aptitude to ensure proper fitting and assembly of products.
→Always promote and adhere to safety standards at all times.
→Exhibit proficiency in piping and plumbing tasks as part of the assembly process.
→Organize and arrange parts from previous stages to complete the final assembly.
→Review completed assemblies, parts, and products to ensure accuracy against drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
→Identify and report any production issues, assisting in resolutions as needed.
→Use creativity, adaptability, and sound judgment to achieve production goals.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Work is primarily performed in a plant, shop, or field setting with normal working conditions.
Occasional exposure to slightly disagreeable conditions. Little to no exposure to hazardous environments.
