Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Receiver, you’ll play a key role in keeping our field teams stocked, organized, and ready to deliver 5-star service. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who takes pride in staying organized and keeping things running smoothly.

→ Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments from vendors and suppliers
→ Verify shipments against packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy
→ Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly
→ Accurately enter received items into inventory systems and maintain up-to-date records
→ Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations
→ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving and warehouse area
→ Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure timely availability of materials
→ Assist technicians with staging materials for jobs and tracking inventory usage
→ Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits as needed
→ Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
→ Help with occasional deliveries or pickups when needed

Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the last 3 years
Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred (home services a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed
Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency
