Guest Experience Supervisor

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• High school diploma or GED, or willingness to complete an employer-paid GED program.

• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, foodservice, or a related environment.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Basic technology skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Experience in both retail and foodservice operations.

• Familiarity with food safety practices and kitchen operations.

• Active ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification.

This role may require standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and performing other physical tasks necessary to support daily store operations. Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• No regular travel required; occasional travel may be requested to support training, business needs, or store coverage.
