Production Support Technician

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting production activity, maximising line performance, and creating and monitoring operating procedures, ensuring safe and cost-effective practices are adopted. You will ensure 100% compliance and “right first time”, promoting best operational practice and validate the processes and equipment. You will conduct training and ensure training compliance using available resources and provide support and expertise to all departments with a view to maximising performance.

• →Experience within a manufacturing or food production environment.
• →Experience of Operate Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) machinery and Multihead weighers
• →Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train and guide a team.
• →Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• →Strong understanding of health and safety regulations as related to machine operation.
• →Effective communication skills for liaison with staff and management.
• →Ability to stay calm in a busy Production environement.
