With sophisticated content creation, cutting-edge technology, and industry-leading data capabilities, we make media and products that move people across all platforms. We are a global media company that publishes nearly 200 magazine editions and 175 websites around the world—and together, we are shaping what’s next.

  • Track marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, and newsletters, while helping ensure licensing opportunities are effectively promoted.
  • Support editorial and e-commerce initiatives by securing editorial mentions, updating best-seller lists, managing affiliate reports, and maintaining e-commerce tracking.

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, sales, merchandising, marketing, brand management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing needs and keep multiple projects moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented, data-driven approach with strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a collaborative, customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with Monday.com is a plus.
  • Awareness of consumer product trends and strong product sensibility, with an ability to understand how brands translate into compelling consumer products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners, including Legal, Research, editorial, marketing, and licensing stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, with 4 days per week in the Hearst Magazines NYC office.
