• →Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders
• →Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• →Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes
• →Document care provided and maintained accurate clinical records
• →Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
• →Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• →Perform other duties as assigned

• Current LPN license in the state of VA
• 3-5 years of experience in a hospital, long term care facility or other related healthcare facility

• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
