Savvital is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and bilingual Mandarin-speaking Insurance Associate to support the day-to-day operations of a US-based insurance agency. This role combines commercial insurance quoting, policy renewals, health insurance administration, client support for Chinese-speaking clientele, and general office administration—making it ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting US insurance agencies, exceptional organizational skills, fluent written and spoken Mandarin proficiency, and the ability to take full ownership of policy renewals, client communication, and administrative processes.

• →Complete ACORD applications for Workers' Comp and general commercial P&C.
• →Upload underwriting packets to carrier portals or underwriters directly, followed by daily status follow-ups.
• →Monitor QQCatalyst alert dashboard for accounts expiring in 60 to 90 days.
• →Manage and update employee censuses for group health prospects and renewals.
• →Run health insurance quote comparisons across carrier portals.
• →Answer office phone calls and handle bilingual inquiries in English and Mandarin.
• →Collect new client information and set up structured client files.
• →Review incoming forms for missing details.
• →Track renewal dates and issue renewal notices.
• →Collect updated client details and file updated forms.
• →Proactively follow up on pending documents and client signatures.
• →Maintain strict QQCatalyst data hygiene (profiles, documents, effective dates, communication logs).
• →Send automated renewal reminders and chase missing underwriting info.
• →Assist with renewal payment collection and EFT/ACH setup.

• Language Requirement: Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
• Industry Experience: 2+ years supporting a US-based independent insurance agency with hands-on commercial quoting and renewal experience.
• System Knowledge: Vertafore QQCatalyst proficiency required.
• Carrier Portals: Hands-on experience with major P&C, professional liability, and health carrier portals strongly preferred.
• Technical Understanding: Working knowledge of ACORD forms, loss runs, E&S compliance, cyber/professional supplements, and health census data.
