Join BD's warehouse team and play a critical role in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently throughout our manufacturing operation. This hands-on position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, shipping, receiving, or forklift experience who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment.

• →Operate forklifts, turret trucks, pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, and other material handling equipment
• →Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility
• →Perform warehouse replenishment, inventory transactions, and cycle counts
• →Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• →Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
• →Ensure warehouse safety, security, quality, and inventory accuracy standards are met
• →Participate in shift start-up meetings, 5S activities, and continuous improvement projects

• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience
• Forklift experience preferred (or ability to become certified)
• Basic computer and inventory system skills
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

The incumbent must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the duties and responsibilities.
