At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

Are you a customer-focused capital markets professional with strong post-trade expertise and a passion for building client relationships?

Join Broadridge as a Client Product Manager within our SFCM team. In this role, you’ll identify customer needs, assess market opportunities, evaluate the competition, and help define the future of our product portfolio. You’ll partner with engineering, manufacturing, sales, advertising, and production teams to bring innovative products to market and improve existing offerings.

  • Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Define product requirements, product-line strategy, packaging, and pricing recommendations.
  • Evaluate new product ideas, business cases, ROI, and development plans.
  • Coordinate timelines and product launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Build integrated go-to-market plans with sales, advertising, and production.
  • Help solve complex product and business challenges using data, market insight, and sound judgment.
  • Support and guide colleagues while leading smaller projects with defined timelines and resources.

Requirements

  • Approximately 8–10 years of relevant industry experience in capital markets, bringing practical domain expertise and strong client-facing capabilities.
  • Solid knowledge of securities financing and post-trade services, including stock borrow/loan, repo, securities lending, lifecycle events, settlements, and clearing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build credibility, lead client discussions, understand concerns, and explain complex topics clearly.
  • The ability to translate operational needs into actionable requirements, working closely with business analysts, support, and development teams.
  • Strong delivery oversight and organisational skills, including the ability to monitor commitments, identify risks, manage competing priorities, and drive follow-through.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to influence across functions, helping establish clear responsibilities and effective ways of working as the team structure evolves.
  • Sound analytical and business judgment, balancing client needs with product priorities and delivery considerations.

If you enjoy building lasting client relationships, applying deep industry knowledge, and improving how product commitments are delivered, we’d love to hear from you.

We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid.
