A brand platform (AI forward thinking) on a mission to acquire, scale, and revitalize exceptional consumer brands in the U.S.
Hiring an Ops & Marketing Project Manager to serve as the organizational backbone of a small, fast-moving team. Plans get made in Slack, work gets briefed in Notion, and the gap between those two is where things quietly die. You are the person who closes that gap.
This role sits primarily on the operations side of the home fragrance brand. You will own wholesale operations end-to-end and keep product development, inventory, and production moving by managing suppliers, holding timelines, building project boards, and ensuring nothing sits waiting on an unasked question.
Simultaneously, you will own the cross-channel marketing calendar and the project flow behind it (website, paid creative, email/SMS, creator work, promotions, and launches), ensuring every decision has an owner, a date, a dependency map, and proactive follow-through.
Tools like Claude are integrated into daily workflows, not used as side experiments. You will be expected to build systems, SOPs, trackers, and reporting with AI in the loop to eliminate busywork and drive startup-speed execution.
