On Call Floor Tech

  High school diploma or GED preferred.

• →

  Minimum of one (1) year of floor care or janitorial experience; healthcare experience highly preferred.

• →

  Knowledge of hard surface floor care and carpet cleaning techniques.

• →

  Ability to operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently.

• →

  Understanding of infection control practices and universal precautions.

• →

  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

• →

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

• →

  Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

• →

  Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Work performed in healthcare environments, including patient care areas.

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, bodily fluids, and biohazards.

• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to facility infection control protocols.

• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.
