DWC Mechanical is seeking an experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support our Buffalo operation, provide technical leadership in the field, and develop toward a future Field Manager position.
This opportunity is ideal for a skilled commercial HVAC technician who enjoys solving challenging service issues, helping other technicians succeed, and taking ownership of the customer experience. You’ll initially remain hands-on with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while assuming increasing responsibility for technician support, quality control, and field coordination.
Our goal is to develop this individual into a Field Manager as they demonstrate leadership readiness and the needs of the operation support the transition.
