Waste Pro is looking for a hands-on Route Supervisor to lead daily residential collection operations in Fort Pierce, Florida.
If you have experience supervising drivers, delivery teams, transportation operations, logistics employees, construction crews, public works teams, landscaping crews, equipment operators, or other field-based employees, we want to hear from you.
This is an active leadership role—not a position where you will spend the entire day behind a desk. You'll be in the field working with drivers, monitoring routes, solving problems, improving safety, responding to customer needs, and helping your team succeed.
Waste and recycling is an essential, stable, year-round industry, and Waste Pro believes in investing in its people and promoting from within. For the right leader, this position can be more than your next job—it can be the beginning of a long-term operations career.
Our Route Supervisors have opportunities to develop into Operations Managers, Division Managers, and regional leadership positions as they learn the business and demonstrate strong performance.
If you have successfully led drivers, equipment operators, field crews, delivery employees, or transportation teams, your experience may translate well to Waste Pro.
