Field Manager

Description

• →Supervise employee performance through check-ins, LQAs, and Field Safety Observations. 
• →Manage production and efficiency through route oversight, call logs, and customer interactions. 
• →Lead, train, and motivate employees of various skill levels. 
• →Identify training needs and implement development plans. 
• →Collaborate with branch managers and field managers to establish performance standards. 
• →Maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and setting an example for staff. 
• →Ensure warehouse, office, vehicles, and equipment are clean and organized. 
• →Oversee timely maintenance and repairs of vehicles and equipment. 
• →Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• →2+ years of experience in chemical lawn care, including route management, sales, or supervision. 
• →Strong knowledge of local turf types, weeds, insects, and lawn diseases; tree and shrub expertise is a plus. 
• →Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills. 
• →Effective verbal and written communication. 
• →Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other technology. 
• →Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 
• →Passionate about the company’s mission and values.
