Lawn & Pest Care Technician

Description

• →Perform residential and commercial lawn care, pest control, and mosquito control services based on assigned position.
• →Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments safely and effectively.
• →Inspect properties to identify lawn health concerns, pest activity, and treatment needs.
• →Operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and application tools.
• →Provide exceptional customer service and communicate treatment recommendations.
• →Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• →Follow company safety procedures and applicable state regulations.
• →Manage assigned service routes efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• →Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided!
• →Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 
• →Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• →Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• →Valid driver’s license required.
