• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant or high-volume bar.
• Experience working with servers and supporting table service preferred.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during peak dining hours.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable state laws.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• →Prepare beverages for bar guests and restaurant server drink orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• →Greet guests, take drink orders, make recommendations, and provide welcoming service.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
• →Support servers by preparing beverages and coordinating drink delivery during meal service.
• →Process guest payments, manage tabs, and handle cash accurately.
• →Verify guest ID and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times.
• →Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• →Clean and sanitize bar areas, glassware, equipment, and tools.
• →Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
• →Address guest concerns professionally and alert management when needed.
• →Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
