Are you interested in working a full-time work week in only 3 ½ Days? National Beef Leathers of St. Joseph, Missouri, may have an opportunity for you!  

We are currently seeking individuals who are interested in working as a Drum Mechanic on night shift schedule (5:45 PM – 6:00 AM). 

• →Completion of forklift truck training or willingness to complete necessary courses
• →Ability to use hand and power tools, ladders, and lift trucks (i.e. – snorkel lift/bucket lift)
• →Ability to read, write and speak English
• →Ability to complete mechanical aptitude assessment
• →Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• →Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• →Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections
• →Must be able to stand and walk on concrete surfaces and climb stairs for prolonged periods
• →Must be able to lift 75 to 100 pounds at a time
• →Must comply with all personal protective equipment requirements and with all safe work practices and procedures
• →Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
• →Ability to work various shift and “on-call” as needed

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
