GUEST SERIVE AGENT (Front Desk) Hyatt Regency, Deerfield IL (HOTEL EXP A MUST!)

• →Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
• →Manage reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest accounts.
• →Answer calls and respond promptly to guest questions and requests.
• →Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed.
• →Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
• →Communicate hotel amenities, services, and local recommendations.
• →Follow cash-handling, security, and guest privacy procedures.
• →Maintain accurate shift records and communicate outstanding issues during handoffs.

• Prior hotel front desk experience—required.
• Experience using a hotel property management system; Hyatt experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy when processing payments and handling guest information.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods.
• A professional, welcoming approach and reliable attendance.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
