This Regional Camp Counselor position is designed for team members who are interested in working at Steve & Kate’s Camp on an as-needed basis across our New York region.

Rather than being hired for one specific camp location, program, or set schedule, Regional Counselors become part of our pool of staff. As opportunities become available throughout the region, team members may select shifts based on their availability.

Where local regulations mandate, this position is eligible for sick time.

Responsibilities

→Maintain and follow all safety and health rules of the location
→Organize and maintain clean and accessible activity spaces
→Assist in camp set-up and breakdown when applicable
→Stand for long periods while supervising children and facilitating activities
→Participate in athletic games and camp activities
