Excavation Operator (Residential Plumber)

As a member of our Dig Crew, you'll play a critical role in excavation projects, sewer line replacements, water line installations, and other underground utility work.

Responsibilities include:

• →Assisting with excavation and sewer/water line replacement projects
• →Operating and supporting excavation equipment, including backhoes, loaders, and other heavy machinery
• →Inspecting equipment before use and ensuring safe operation
• →Reading and following dig plans, job specifications, and safety procedures
• →Understanding machine capabilities and proper excavation techniques
• →Following grade stakes, markings, and hand signals to ensure accurate work
• →Assisting with material handling and site preparation
• →Maintaining a safe and professional job site environment

• Some plumbing, sewer, or underground utility experience preferred
• Excavation or construction experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
