Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking Vice President, Corporate Development. You will be a senior leader on Broadridge’s corporate development team, helping to shape and execute Broadridge’s inorganic growth strategy through acquisitions, partnerships, minority investments, partnerships, and other strategic transactions. This highly visible executive role requires a proven leader with deep transaction experience, exceptional strategic and financial acumen, strong business judgement, and the ability to influence and operate effectively at senior levels of the organization.

The VP will play a central role in identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and executing high-impact transactions that align with Broadridge’s long-term growth priorities. In addition to leading transaction execution, this executive will partner closely with business leaders to identify and source acquisition, partnership, and investment opportunities; develop investment theses, assess market opportunities, drive portfolio-shaping initiatives, and support integration planning and value realization.

This role requires a seasoned deal-making executive with corporate development, investment banking, and/or private equity experience, who has demonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to lead multiple complex workstreams simultaneously and to collaborate across functional teams in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

  • Oversee analyses including operating forecasts, discounted cash flow models, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses, synergy assessments, and accretion/dilution analysis
  • Evaluate strategic fit, competitive positioning, market attractiveness, revenue and cost synergy opportunities, and operational implications of transaction opportunities

  • Lead the creation of clear, data-driven business cases that synthesize financial, strategic, operational, market, and integration considerations into clear recommendations for executive audiences
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact recommendation presentations for C-level and Board discussions

  • Lead cross-functional due diligence efforts across finance, legal, tax, accounting, technology, product, cybersecurity, HR, commercial, operations, and compliance
  • Establish diligence priorities, identify key risks and value drivers, and ensure effective issue resolution throughout the process
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external advisors to escalate issues, develop resolutions and maintain a disciplined, efficient and collaborative diligence process

Deal Structuring, Negotiation, and Governance:

  • Help structure transactions to optimize strategic and financial outcomes while managing risk
  • Support or lead key commercial negotiations in collaboration with legal and business executives
  • Ensure transactions are executed in accordance with internal governance, financial criteria, and strategic priorities
