• Support development of residential HVAC system models and simulations.
• Evaluate product performance, efficiency, controls, and reliability through model-based analysis.
• Contribute to new product development by applying engineering and analytical principles.

• →Develop and execute simulations for residential HVAC products and systems.
• →Analyze test and field data to calibrate and validate engineering models.
• →Document findings and present recommendations to engineering teams.

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, Reliability Engineering, Data Analytics, or any Engineering field.
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher 
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship 

• Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, controls, statistics, or reliability principles.
• Experience with engineering analysis tools such as Excel, MATLAB, Python, Simulink, or similar software.
