Residential HVAC Service Technician

At Heritage Home Service, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Portland team. While other companies slow down during the shoulder seasons, our technicians stay busy serving homeowners throughout Maine.

• →Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• →Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• →Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
• →Provide outstanding customer service during every visit
• →Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards
• →Maintain accurate service documentation and paperwork
• →Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

• Valid Maine Oil Burner License and/or Gas License required
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Previous residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
