We're looking for a Senior Accountant / Team Leader to take the lead on delivering top-quality tax and accounting work while guiding and developing our junior team members.

• →Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts
• →Preparing and reviewing financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards
• →Keeping all work compliant with Australian tax laws and regulations
• →Staying across the latest updates in tax legislation and accounting standards
• →Spotting opportunities to streamline processes and lift service quality
• →Overseeing and managing the team's workflow
• →Reviewing BAS, financial reports, and income tax returns prepared by intermediate and senior accountants and bookkeepers
• →Making sure every job meets our standards, budgets, and deadlines
• →Helping the team work smarter, with stronger quality control and consistency across compliance work

Are you a confident, outgoing communicator who loves working with numbers and gets a buzz out of helping others succeed? Then we want to meet you!

• A strong sense of professionalism and integrity
• 6+ years' experience in Australian public practice, focused on tax and financial statement preparation
• In-depth knowledge of Australian tax legislation and financial reporting standards
• Confidence using Xero, including Xero Tax
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• A keen eye for detail and great organisational skills
• Clear, polished written and verbal communication
• Proven experience leading and mentoring others

• Salary package of PHP 200,000 per month (depending on experience)
