• →Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
• →Equipment Refurbishment: Perform refurbishment of pumps and all other Weir equipment to OEM standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery. 
• →On-site Service: Conduct service-related duties on client sites, including repair services of pump units, daily troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. 
• →Customer Communication: Inform customers of any faults or damages on pumps, advising on necessary corrective steps to resolve issues effectively. 
• →Business Growth: Identify opportunities on site and liaise with the Field Service Supervisor to support business growth and customer satisfaction. 
• →Maintenance Execution: Perform prescriptive-based maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. 

• Matric/Grade 12 or N3 qualification (with Physical/Engineering Science & Mathematics).
• Qualified Artisan (Fitter or Millwright). 
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.

• N4 qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
