Real Estate Acquisition Coordinator

Identify and source potential real estate investment opportunities (residential, commercial, or land).

Conduct market research and analyze property values, trends, and ROI potential.

Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, developers, and property owners.

Evaluate properties through financial modeling and feasibility studies.

Lead negotiations with sellers to secure favorable acquisition terms.

Coordinate due diligence processes, including legal, financial, and technical assessments.

Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize transactions.

 

• 2+ years of experience in a coordination role within Operations, Project
Management, Real Estate, or a similar field.
• Experience in coordinating activities, preparing official documents, and following up
on approvals and administrative procedures.
• Ability to coordinate new branch rental agreements and follow up on contract
preparation, signing, and required documentation.
• Experience dealing with governmental authorities and public entities to complete
official procedures and obtain the required approvals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with landlords, property
