  • Monitor processing timelines, follow up on outstanding requirements, and ensure credentialing and enrollment deadlines are consistently met.
  • Meet regularly with the Credentialing Supervisor and team members to communicate progress, report outstanding items, and provide updates on enrollment and credentialing activities.
  • Participate in training sessions, special projects, and system updates, adopting new workflows and procedures within established timeframes.
  • Use spreadsheets, credentialing databases, and standard office applications to maintain records, track progress, and support operational reporting.
  • Identify documentation gaps, expired credentials, and potential compliance issues, escalating complex or unusual matters to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Deliver responsive customer service and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve routine credentialing and enrollment questions.
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned by management.
