Product ManagementProduct Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of innovative electronic health record (EHR) workflow solutions. In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for provider-facing capabilities that streamline administrative processes and improve healthcare technology integration. You will oversee products focused on claims status visibility and seamless connectivity between healthcare providers and health plans, ensuring solutions address real-world needs. Working closely with technology teams, EHR vendors, implementation specialists, and business stakeholders, you will translate market opportunities into scalable products with measurable impact. You will use customer insights, competitive analysis, and performance data to guide product investments and drive adoption. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to influence healthcare interoperability, enhance provider experiences, and deliver meaningful business outcomes across a complex healthcare ecosystem.

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Own the product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for Claims Status, Happy Together with Health Plans, and emerging EHR workflow solutions, ensuring alignment with provider needs and enterprise priorities.
  • Roadmap Development: Define product direction, establish strategic milestones, and prioritize initiatives that improve workflow integration, usability, adoption, and business value.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate product utilization, and measure business outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases, investment proposals, and strategic recommendations to support product growth, resource allocation, and long-term value realization.
  • Provider Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline provider-facing processes and improve the integration of healthcare payer and provider systems through EHR platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, technology teams, implementation specialists, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate product strategy into actionable development plans and successful implementations.
  • EHR Vendor Management: Collaborate with EHR partners to evaluate capabilities, address integration challenges, optimize product functionality, and increase adoption across provider environments.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Analyze market trends, competitive developments, customer feedback, provider needs, and vendor capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.
  • Prioritization and Decision-Making: Evaluate competing priorities and recommend product investments based on strategic objectives, business impact, customer value, and implementation feasibility.
  • Executive Communication: Present product strategies, roadmap updates, performance results, and investment recommendations to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making and organizational alignment.
  • Adoption and Growth: Develop and execute initiatives that increase product awareness, utilization, and adoption while ensuring measurable business benefits.
  • Continuous Product Improvement: Monitor product performance, identify gaps, and guide ongoing enhancements to maintain relevance, improve provider experiences, and support evolving healthcare technology needs.
