Fullstack .NET Developer

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack .NET Developer for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. In this dynamic environment, you will collaborate with a bilingual team of professionals, working under an agile framework to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• →Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C# and .NET Core.
• →Translate functional analyses into technical analyses and assist business analysts in validating technical specifications.
• →Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing second-level support and technical assistance to colleagues.
• →Continuously improve development processes and software quality by staying updated on trends and methodologies.
• →Implement automation and continuous integration through pipelines and unit tests to ensure stable and functional development, testing, and production environments.
• →Collaborate with the agile team in a SAFe environment, working closely with other developers, testers, business analysts, the Product Owner, and the Scrum Master to deliver software iteratively and incrementally.
• →Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team, preparing documentation and reviewing that created by junior developers.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience as a .NET developer.
• 3 years of experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Continuous learning and improvement mindset, focused on adopting new technologies and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative and socially skilled.
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to switch between tasks and priorities quickly.
• Proactive and autonomous work style.
• Sense of responsibility and customer orientation.

• Fluent in either French or Dutch.
• Basic understanding and communication in the second national language.
• Understanding of English.
