Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver food and drinks to members and guests efficiently and accurately.
- →Support waiters and the wider floor team throughout service.
- →Communicate closely with the kitchen and floor teams to help maintain a smooth flow of service.
- →Keep service stations and restaurant areas organised, clean and ready for service.
- →Develop your knowledge of our food, drinks and service standards.
- →Follow food safety, allergy, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- →Recognise where support is needed and help colleagues during busy periods
- →Contribute to a welcoming and positive experience for members, guests and colleagues
- →Checking bathrooms and back of house areas regularly
- →Assist in moving furniture and preparing for events
