As a Security Officer at a retail distribution location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly, and use technology to support daily security-related activities. • →Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a retail distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as required.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• →Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities while helping to deter unauthorized activity.

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
