Senior Product Manager (US Cards)

• Strong analytical instinct:

• a feel for what the numbers should look like

• the instinct to notice when something is off

• the persistence to find the real driver, without taking a confident answer from a dashboard or model at face value

• Comfort working hands-on: writing and resolving tickets, prototyping, and making implementation and design decisions yourself.

• Real fluency with AI tools as a working part of how you build, test and analyse.

• The ability to lead through influence across Credit, Growth, Design, Data Science and Compliance. You change your mind when presented with a good argument, and you expect others to do the same.

• Experience with consumer credit lifecycle levers such as credit line management, pricing, and retention and reactivation.

• Experience shaping mobile app journeys for activation and engagement.
