Frontline is entering an exciting period of growth and development as we continue to expand our programme portfolio and strengthen the support we provide to social workers and leaders throughout their careers.
We deliver a range of programmes and services that support participants at different stages of the social work career pathway, from those entering the profession through to experienced leaders. As our organisation grows, we are continuing to invest in the people, systems and capabilities needed to support high-quality delivery across our portfolio.
The Legal and Compliance Officer plays a key role in supporting Frontline to meet its legal and regulatory obligations, with a particular focus on complaints management and data protection.
Working closely with the Legal and Compliance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination and management of formal complaints, ensuring they are handled fairly, consistently and in accordance with organisational policies and relevant legislation.
You will also lead on the day-to-day management of data protection activities, providing practical advice and guidance to colleagues and supporting good information governance across the organisation.
This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work with colleagues across Frontline, exercise sound judgement and contribute to improvements in how we manage risk, resolve issues and meet our legal and regulatory responsibilities.
