Diagnostics Distributor & Applications Manager

This role offers the opportunity to combine distributor management, business development, and applications support across the MENA region. Working closely with distributor partners, you'll play a key role in driving commercial growth, developing new market opportunities, and building distributor capability to expand access to Hologic's innovative diagnostic solutions.

• Manage and develop a network of distributor partners across multiple countries within the MENA region, driving commercial performance and sustainable growth.
• Create and execute distributor business plans, forecasts, and market development strategies aligned to regional objectives.
• Provide product, technical, and applications training to distributor teams, enabling them to effectively support and train end users through a train-the-trainer approach.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting complex sales cycles, strategic projects, and tender opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with distributor partners, laboratory stakeholders, customers, and key opinion leaders across the region.
• Act as a trusted business partner, supporting both commercial and technical discussions to maximise customer success.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and drive market expansion.
• Travel regularly across distributor markets, approximately 30-50%, to support business growth, capability development, and customer engagement.

• A degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience within diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, life sciences, laboratory solutions, or the wider medical device industry.
• Proven success managing distributors or indirect sales channels across multiple markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth through partner networks.
• A solid understanding of molecular diagnostics, laboratory workflows, automation platforms, and diagnostic testing environments.
• Experience delivering product, technical, or applications training.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• The ability to identify market opportunities and support the execution of growth strategies.
• Experience supporting tenders, healthcare procurement processes, or strategic customer projects.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the MENA region (30-50%).
• Experience working across multiple countries within the MENA region would be advantageous, but is not essential.
