We are looking for new colleagues in Qualysoft teams for diverse projects providing continuous learning opportunities. Our common goal is to provide honesty, development and a stable background while getting to know the latest technologies. We are waiting for your application for the position below!
  • Perform business analysis activities, including gathering and assessing business requirements.
  • Act as the IT-side Product Owner for multiple AI/ML and data-related use cases.
  • Collaborate with business-side Product Owners, developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate early-stage use case development, including PoC and MVP phases.
  • Translate business needs into clear business and technical requirements.
  • Support the assessment and implementation of solutions involving Data Analytics, Data Science, and Generative AI.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication between business and IT stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review business and technical documentation and presentations.
  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role across multiple projects.
  • Experience working on projects delivered for large enterprises (500+ employees).
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Generative AI projects and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of both business processes and technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English.
  • Confidence in facilitating meetings and preparing business and technical documentation and presentations in both languages.
  • Motivation to continuously develop knowledge in AI/ML, data-related technologies, and emerging solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple use cases and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in Generative AI projects, such as chatbots, AI agents, or custom AI features.
  • Experience in the industrial or energy sector.
  • Slovak language skills.
