• Pay Structure: Mileage pay plus load pay
• Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus: Up to 3% of mileage pay
• Home Time: Weekly, with a 34-hour reset
• Start Time: 6:00 AM
• Shift Length: Up to 14 hours
• Days Off: Vary with freight demand; usually weekdays
• Las Vegas-based drivers: Out for 2 weeks at a time, followed by 3 days home

• Dedicated regional dry van operation
• Starting location: St. George, UT
• Delivery territory includes Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming
• Drivers unload trailers using rollers and climb in and out of trailers as needed
• Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper tractors
• 53-foot dry van trailers
• Automatic transmissions and modern equipment

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Ability to unload freight using rollers
• Must be able to climb in and out of trailers as needed
• Must safely operate a sleeper tractor on regional routes
• Must meet the account’s safety and on-time standards to qualify for the bonus
